Owners’ comments
Solid construction on a private dead-end street. Bath - shower and ceramic floor ( June 2016 ) . Hot water tank Reihm 60 gallons ( June 2016 ) . Hurricane 12,000 BTU air conditioner with compressor, air-conditioned or heated ( in June 2016 ) .All windows were changed in 2013. Those in the leaving room are triples. The roof was redone in 2010 with 30 years warranty. The shed is insulated and heated. The beautiful layout of stones already hosts several perennials. This house is located close to the Institute of Police and a bike path leading to the primary school and grocery stores.
