Update from morning 15 august 2021:
1. We are hosting renters until Sept 18th followed by another renter (profitable $!) until end of the year, with possibility of extension;
2. We have completed the French drains of the side yard and of the house facade. The landscaping contract will be done from week of August 16th.
Superb (5+1) bedroom house in a magnificent location in Kirkland located a few steps from many services (listed below)!
This huge house includes a 2 living rooms, 3 home theatre systems (most of the electronics/wiring/speakers are included), and contemporary kitchen with impressive concrete countertops with well-designed storage areas, it includes all appliances. Speakers are installed (included) all around: kitchen, 2 living rooms, in the dining room, outside, garage and master bedroom.
