Owners’ comments
Very bright condominium located on the top (third) floor of a modern building (2008). Lots of natural light with windows on three sides. Large open area including kitchen, dining room and living room. Two spacious bedrooms. Bathroom with podium bath and separate shower. Functional kitchen plenty of countertop space and cabinets. Lots of storage space, including a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and an outdoor shed. Well equipped for comfort with a wall-mounted air conditioner, two interior entrances and a parking space near the rear entrance.
Quiet area with many services nearby (grocery stores, pharmacies, community center, etc.) and located less than 5 km from Old Quebec. Green areas nearby: adjacent to Bardy Park (sports fields, arena, swimming pool, community garden) and within walking distance of Domaine de Maizerets. Very well served by public transportation: Métrobus 800, 802 and 803 and Beauport terminus nearby.
