Outstanding modern condo with a lot of light located at ground level, two parkings. Very spatious rooms and open area, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, huge indoor locker. Highly functional kitchen, smooth-closing drawers, ceramic splashguard, dishwasher connections. Washer and dryer behind closed doors.
AC, air exchanger, large patio (bbq allowed), central vacuum connections, independant temperature control, excellent prevention fund.
