An extremely charming home with lots of greeneries, well maintained and clean. Very spacious parking area (4 vehicles + 1 closed garage) with a big patio. Roofing completed in 2014 with matching wooden windows. A very beautiful bathroom with laundry space and a walk-in ceramic shower with a separate bath. A few blocks away you can go for a walk by the river. Surrounded by three different metro stations and 1 train station. Everything from soccer fields and parks to daycares available nearby. Newly built hockey arena (Place Bell) and an extension of UdeM and CEGEP less than 2 km away. This is a perfect home for a new family with small children and the neighborhood is very kid friendly and safe.
