EXPECTED RENOVATIONS
Well located triplex, partially renovated and with a large lot.
Ground floor currently under renovation. The built-in fireplace and vermiculite in the semi-basement will be removed in April, the semi-basement floors will be redone in May. Housing available on the ground floor on July 1st and semi-basement on June 1st.
Floor covering of the semi-basement, and accordingly selling price of the triplex, can be adjusted according to what the future buyers prefer, provided that they negotiate in time.
