Owners’ comments
A very luminous bungalow because of its large windows facing south. It is a typical brick house built in 1954. We live in it since 1991.
The backyard is large (40' x 48') and sunny, with flowers, a garden and a 3 level patio (5' x 8', 6, 5' x 11', 9' x 15,5'). The front yard is sunny and also has flowers. The parking can hold 3 small cars.
It is well situated, close to Place Longueuil and has very good access to public transportation. It is a 25-minute walk to the subway and less than 10 minutes by bus. Many bus routes pass by. The Jacques-Cartier bridge is is less than 5 minutes away by car.
The Parc Raymond (pool, skating rink, playground for kids) and the Jacques-Cartier arena are less than 5 minutes away by walking. It is a ten-minute walk to primary school Curé-Lequin and secondary school Saint-Jean Baptiste.
