Beautiful condo on the 3rd (and last!) floor located in a safe, family oriented area near highways 40 and 640, schools, parks, groceries and many more services.
Very well self-managed condo with an excellent contingency fund and superior soundproofing.
The building facade brings bright natural sunlight throughout the day.
Well worth the visit!
