Gorgeous condominium with a modern look situated in the heart of the building with large windows in all rooms. 5 1/2 modified in a very large 4 1/2 with a lot of storage space.
Build in 2013 this condo is less than a km away from schools and really close to the Henri IV Highway providing an easy access to downtown Quebec City and the military base. It is close to all services such as ; 2 groceries, 3 pharmacies and various restaurants, the housing sector is quite young and peaceful.
Three parks are close by and a new water park is situated in the vicinity. Only one owner since its construction. We are located on the last floor, so we have no upper neighbors. Includes a central sweeper as well as a vast locker on the first floor. The large balcony 8 ft x 8 ft is ideal to enjoy the sun and the BBQ moreover it has a roof to cover the balcony from snow.
Multiple extras were added at the construction such as wall mounted A/C, 2 parking spots, a large ceramic shower (48" x 36"), a big walk-in within the master bedroom, a design wall for the television, and much more.
