Big great house that can integrate three apartments or two plus an office or small shop with excellent exposure.
Well located, Henry IV Highway is accessible by Avenue Chauveau under 5 min driving distance (maybe just 2 min). Pretty close to shopping center and airport, you will find every usual services around.
The upper apartment that includes a nice room in the roof, is remarkable by its unique cachet. The radiative heating system is acheived with the totally restored water radiators that have been converted to electricity. A lot of room for storage is available inside, in the covered lobby and in the detached garage.
The ground floor level fenestration is impressive. Hardwood flooring covers the entire surface except for the bathroom. Two face covered deck on the front and another, covered as well, is located in the back and have an access ramp to it that allows wheelchair and mobility scooter.
The basement have its own entrance and got entirely renovated. It includes a room, a kitchen and a small living room with fireplace.
