Only 15 minutes from downtown Québec City, Panoramic view and right by the river. Premium construction from 2008 with 4 bedrooms, boudoir, 4 seasons canopy, 1 bathroom and 1 washroom. Hardwood on ground and first floors, ceramic floor heating, 9ft ceilings and fireplace. In the kitchen, the cabinets are lacquered cherry and all the counters and island are in granite. Beautiful large porch on 3 sides of the house with pergola. There are two patio doors on the ground floor and basement ceiling is 8ft.
The outer covering of the house, the attached garage and the shed is Smart Side Goodfellow and that of the detached garage is Canexel. The windows on the ground floor are triple glass on river side.
