Toit cathédrale, beaucoup de luminosité avec fenestration étudiée et originale. Foyer de pierre (hauteur cathédrale) à deux faces entre la cuisine et la salle à dîner (aire ouverte). Fenêtres à manivelle en bois, portes françaises extérieures pour l'entrée à l'avant (sud-est), la salle à dîner à l'arrière (sud-ouest) et la chambre des maîtres (nord).
Grande galerie à l'arrière sur la cour, accès par la salle à dîner et la chambre des maîtres. Grande cour intime, piscine creusée au sel, clôturée et entourée d'arbres, mur de pierre et aménagement.
Municipalité conviviale et active, sérénité, villégiature prisée. Entre le parc Orford et le lac Memphrémagog; exactement entre le Manoir des Sables et Chéribourg. Idéal pour toutes les activités sportives-travail-loisirs-culturelles ou commerciales 0 à 100 ans!
