Woodlot with various potential uses: forest management, hunting or other, consisting of cadastral numbers 2 848 906 and 3 415 895.

Located on the St-Thomas Range in Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon in an agricultural zone, this woodlot is mainly populated with black spruce and red maple.

The average age of the stands is 30-40 years. Some stands have been cut down in 2020.

A 1.2 km long drivable logging road runs through the center of the southern part of lot 2 848 906.
