1750 square feet condo located on one of the most beautiful street of Montcalm. It includes 4 bedrooms (one being used as a den), 2 exterior parking spaces, a basement storage space, a decorative fireplace, original mouldings, hardwood floors and a large patio.
The interior finish is the original one, but it has been very well-maintained. It offers a very good potential of added-value once it is renovated, since some similar condos in the area were sold over $425,000. It is one of the cheapest condos in Montcalm considering its square footage.
Several renovations were made in the last years, including the foundations, the front balconies, windows, roof, rear patio, etc.
The condo is rented until July 2022. The visits will be made upon the accepted offer.
