Large unit on the 3rd and last level with independent entrance. With an area of over 1,100 square feet and an open concept with great light, the condo has 9-foot ceilings trimmed with moldings. The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and beautiful windows. A cafe is next to the building as well as several shops. (Bank, pharmacy, butcher, physio, hairdresser...) So there is no neighboring condo unit looking into your dining room!


Improvements made;


The floors of both bedrooms and open areas have been redone in Hickory engineered wood with large format planks and a quality soundproofing membrane. The porcelain in the kitchen, backsplash, and entrance was redone in 2020. The paint was refreshed and the carpet for the main staircase was installed in June 2020 with quality materials. A projector (1080p, 3D) is used as television to have a screen of more than 10 feet!
