Montreal, April 27, 2023 – DuProprio is very pleased to announce that it will be the major partner in a new television program on property sales, titled Tout pour vendre, which will launch this fall on the specialized channel Canal Vie. Hosted by Mélissa Bédard, this original production from Zone3, in partnership with Bell Media, will feature participants who have decided to sell their property broker-free but with the help of DuProprio.
Mélissa will travel region to region to meet these homeowners, accompanied by real estate professionals who will advise the owners on the process of selling their real estate. No aspect will be overlooked, including the appraisal, renovations, home visits and more.
Participants will also get a helping hand from well-known designer Jacinthe Leroux and her team, and they will get $5,000 to revamp their property and maximize their chances of selling at a higher price.
During the fun 30-minute episodes, participants can expect games and challenges. The first season will include 13 episodes. For entertainment purposes and to demystify the myths about selling broker-free, Tout pour vendre, the new TV show coming this fall on Canal Vie, will present the varied trajectories the participants take to sell!
