Ideal as a residence, cottage or rental in winter & summer. Very good internet connection perfect to work from home.
Vast terrain with the most beautiful view of the region on Mont-Orignal (ski resort) including; a two-floor barn (which can be used as a garage, shed, chicken coop or other), a small chicken coop attached to the barn, a small greenhouse, a pond, a garden bin, and a fire area. The Etchemin River is on the other side of the road.
Very warm space with its original wooden walls and floors, its log staircase, red brick, and wood stove.
