Owners’ comments
Gorgeous semi-detached very well located in Saint-Agapit, built in 2004. Right next to Beaurivage high school, elementary school, and no neighbors behind (wooded lot).
The house has three bedrooms in the basement with a bathroom.
Upstairs there is a large living room, a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a kitchen and dining room.
There is also a wall-mounted heat pump (2018), a water softener, and a sump pump (2018) (sump pump). New 60 gallon water heater installed on February 27, 2023. The roof is to be redone this summer, the contractor is already booked.
In 2018, the kitchen and the bathroom were redone.
The entrance is very large and completely paved.
The backyard is fenced and there is a 10 x 10 feet shed with electricity. There is also a very large patio of 12 x 20 feet.
The semi-detached is in immaculate condition and is available as of now.
