Magnificent 4-season chalet located directly on the edge of mirror lake with its 98 feet of frontage. Enjoy the magnificent sunrises in a picturesque location and let the morning breeze rock you on the pier while savoring a good coffee!

Located halfway between Quebec and Montreal (about 2 hours), and 30 minutes from Sherbrooke, the chalet is located in a peaceful and enchanting area.

The chalet is fully furnished and ready to welcome you. Also included are 2 kayaks (1 double and 1 single), a 5-seater pedal boat, a BBQ, a patio set, an outdoor swing, an outdoor fireplace, as well as an outdoor storage box containing the oars, life jackets and several outdoor games.

Water is drawn from the lake via a centrifugal pump and a heating wire for the winter (new pump in 2020). Perfect for swimming, the water in Miroir Lake is of very high quality; a riparian association has also been protecting the lake for several years. In addition, each year the lake is stocked with trout; there are also several varieties of fish. Also note that motor boats are allowed on the lake.

The total land area is 20,313.7 square feet, spread over 2 separate lots (4,1498,784 and 4,198,799). On the 2nd lot there is a detached garage of 329 square feet (14'X24') as well as a shed to store firewood. Possibility of installing an artesian well on the 2nd lot (request for an authorization certificate made in 2015).
