Owners’ comments
Lovely condo with a great view on Magog and the lake, 5 minutes walking distance to Plage Des Cantons. A peaceful unit in a six (6) condos building. The kitchen and the main bathroom were renovated, granite countertop and heated tiles floor. The living room and dining room has a cathedral ceiling and a propane fireplace. 3 wall unit air conditioner. All Windows were replaced in 2016. Lake views balcony 20X10 ft protected by a full-size awning retractable. The large lot approx. 44,000 sq. ft with mature trees. Outdoor heated pool approx 60 ft X 30 ft. Winter and summer maintenance included.
Around 1998, le building had a major refresment with the intallation of brick at the lower part off the walls and Acrylic on the major part of the building.
