Owners’ comments
The condo is on the second floor, nice windows with a view on 3 sides for a nicer view of the environment with big trees all around the building.
The condo is open air and well located in Magog. There is two outside parking spaces.
Also there is two private space, one on the roof terrace of 14X20 and one balcony 12X20. You will be charmed by the environment and you also have access to the Memphrémagog lake.
A short walk to go to downtown Magog, bicycle and walking path for your enjoyment.Kitchen island and counter is made of granit.
There is only 8 condos in this complex and you have your private entrance. We have two contingency funds and they are adequate.
The kitchen island lamp will be replace.
Occupation date is from October 1rst, 2020.
