Wonderful large condo with 3 cc (2 on the ground floor) with hardwood floors on 2 levels with windows (PVC guillotine) and air exchanger. Excellent price in Magog for a large condo avec garage in Magog!
The ground floor has 9 ft. ceilings and is heated with natural gas air blown (very economical) with central air conditioning (heat pump).
- Kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and quartz countertop, ceiling fan, washer and dryer installation.
-Dining room with patio door leading to the balcony
- large sunny living room in the morning.
-The rear balcony has a view of Mount Orford.
