Very warm house. Right in the city centre, with a beautiful large backyard. Close to beaches, SEPAQ Mont-Orford Park and several trails, including the Cherry Marais. 400m from an elementary school and a secondary school.
Nearly three grocery stores, a bakery, a Wal-Mart, a Rona & a Canadian Tire; all the while being close to nature.
The second floor has been completely redone, including the stairs. We added a bathroom with heated floor, all completed in 2016. We changed the last original windows of the house in 2018. Two windows have been changed in the cellar and two more on the ground floor. The hardwood floor of the dining room was installed in 2017. The gutters, of very good quality, were installed in 2019. The large rear patio and salt pool were both built in summer 2019.

Maison très chaleureuse. En plein centre-ville, avec une belle grande cour arrière. Proche de plages, du parc de la SEPAQ Mont-Orford et de plusieurs sentiers, dont le Marais aux cerises. À 400m d'une école primaire et d'une école secondaire.

Le deuxième étage a été refait au complet, incluant les escaliers. Nous y avons ajouté une salle de bain avec plancher chauffant; le tout complété en 2016. Nous avons changé les dernières fenêtres d'origine de la maison en 2018. Deux fenêtres ont été changées dans la cave et deux autres au rez-de-chaussée. Le plancher en bois franc de la salle à manger a été installé en 2017. Les gouttières, de très bonne qualité, ont été installées en 2019. Le grand patio arrière et la piscine au sel ont tous deux été construits à l'été 2019.
