Charming two-story house, located in a peaceful area (dead-end), adjacent to a park and near a golf course. No neighbors in the back. Very nice panoramic view. Three floors with heated floors (radiant with water in concrete screed), tin roof, direct entrance to the basement, many windows, open concept main floor. Located 30 minutes from Sherbrooke and Drummondville and 40 minutes from Victoriaville. 3 km from the amenities of the City of Richmond. The landscaping is abundant and mature. Storage shed matching the house. Water heater replaced in 2020. Laundry chute between the second floor and basement.
