Owners’ comments
Turnkey! Duplex with large intimate and wooded lot near the Saumon River. Major work in summer 2021: roof, joists, exterior cladding, and water heater.
The main apartment (6 and a half, plus full basement) freshly painted and cleaned; it is ready to welcome the new owners. It has a slow combustion stove and a central vacuum. The other apartment is a 3 and a half and is rented until June 30, 2022 ($ 360 / month). Electricity and heating are the responsibility of the tenant.

The 3 and a half was completely renovated in April 2019, including the water heater and plumbing.
