Owners’ comments
Very nice renovated on 2 levels located in a quiet place, nearby a large park 'Jardins Fleuris', in a 'cul de sac' street.
The condo is very bright (hand-cranked windows) and well maintained. Electric heating and thermopump, roof ventilator and central aspirator complete the available equipment.
The building was built in 1994 in bricks and vinyl. The roof was rehabilitated in 2014. Big trees around the property, no neighboring in back. A shed and 2 parking areas are available for the co-owner of the condo.
Many rehabilitated works have been done in 2017 to renovate the interior of the condo: kitchen closets, stairs ramp, bathroom, water closet, floor surface in the living room, window thermos replaced and water heater also replaced in 2018. Plus the uni-stone patio in the back was rehabilitated in 2019 and the garden installed in 2019.
