When we left our woods, this house was exactly what we wanted. A rich and humane neighborhood life, a place to gather to create many memories, an ideal location and in the heart of the city, but surrounded by nature!
Built in 1957, we are the third owners of this lovely house, just after the family who gave it a makeover (kitchen, bathroom, window, roof, floor) and the lady who built it and lived there until she was 90. Since our arrival, we have finished the basement, built the rear balconies, installed a pool, redrained the front and rear land, and redone the asphalt yard.
A5-minute walk from the elementary school, a 5-minute drive from the Carrefour, the city center, the Lac des Nations and the highway, the house is perfectly located to appeal to adults, adolescents and children. St-Alphonse Park, which is a few steps away, will please everyone with its swimming pool, soccer fields, running track, tennis courts and game modules. Real neighborhood life exists on Beauséjour Street with its multiple families and retirees. Neighbors help each other and work together while respecting each other's privacy. The street is aptly named!

Quand nous avons quitté notre bois, cette maison représentait exactement tous nos désirs. Une vie de quartier riche et humaine, un endroit de rassemblements pour créer de nombreux souvenirs, une localisation idéale et au coeur de la ville, mais en pleine nature!
Construite en 1957, nous sommes les troisièmes propriétaires de cette adorable maison tout juste après la famille qui lui a fait une cure de jeunesse(cuisine, salle de bain, fenêtre, toit, plancher) et la dame qui l'a construite et qui y a vécu jusqu'à ses 90 ans. Depuis notre arrivée, nous avons terminé le sous-sol, bâti les balcons arrière, installé une piscine, refait le drainage du terrain avant et arrière et refait la cour en asphalte.
À 5 minutes à pied de l'école primaire, à 5 minutes de voiture du Carrefour, du centre-ville, du Lac des Nations et de l'autoroute, la maison est parfaitement située pour plaire aux adultes, aux adolescents et aux enfants. Le parc St-Alphonse qui est à quelques pas de marche plaira à tous avec sa piscine, ses terrains de soccer, sa piste de course, ses terrains de tennis ainsi que ses modules de jeu. Une réelle vie de quartier existe sur la rue Beauséjour avec ses multiples familles et retraités. Les voisins s'entraident et se côtoient tout en respectant l'intimité de chacun. La rue porte bien son nom!
