Very nice quadruplex in ?townhouses? style > 2 x 4 1/2 + 2 x 5 1/2 rooms, of great quality and in excellent condition. Located in a very high demand area of Rock Forest. The U-shaped street has very little car traffic and is made up entirely of townhouses and condos (duplex and quadruplex only) making it a very quiet and peaceful area.
The accommodations are each on two floors. Tenants each have direct access to the lot whose backyard is vast, wooded and intimate in addition to having rear balconies separated by brick walls and roofs.
Year of construction: 1990. The asphalt shingle was refurbished in October 2021 for the south side and in summer 2013 for the north side (still very good for 10 years and more). New water heaters (1 in 2020 and 3 in 2021). Covering 85% bricks and 15% aluminum. So it's a robust and flawless construction.

Les logements sont chacun sur deux étages. Les locataires ont chacun un accès direct au terrain dont la cour arrière est vaste, boisée et intime en plus de comporter des balcons arrière séparés de murets de brique et de toitures.
