Very nice semi-detached, in a peaceful area, recent turnkey construction (2006), no renovation to do, nothing to change, ideal for families with 2 or 3 children.

***IMPORTANT***
Note that we are putting our sign up for sale in the middle of summer to allow future buyers to see what our semi-detached house looks like in summer. That said, the transaction cannot be signed immediately; the passage to the notary will have to be done after January 17, 2021, date on which my wife officially retires!
