Owners’ comments
Small area close to 3 acres surrounded by nature close to USA. This is an old hotel completely renovated B & B with a large commercial space that can serve as workshop,or convenience store . The all inclusive a small house and a cottage providing rental value interesting. The 3 upstairs bedrooms all have a sink and the bathroom of the ground floor has a urinal. The roof was redone in 2010 and the electrical system is provided with 2 inputs to 200 amperes.
A wild pond flows in front of the main house with a deed allowing a right of passage. All buildings are supplied with a exceptional quality water with supporting evidence. The estate is on the route of 'Frontier Trails' which manages more than one hundred kilometers of hiking trails all marked and well maintained.
The main attractions of the region are hunting deer and fishing, hiking at Mount Gosford, Starry reserve of Mount Megantic, cycling, golf, sugar shacks and finally a scenic route that takes you to ski Alpine Sugar Loaf (Maine).
