Owners’ comments
Superb residence on lake Desmarais. The property is on a peaceful dead-end street, 20 minutes by car from Sherbrooke. It is therefore close to all services.
Dont hesitate to call us to reserve a visit, since it is now permitted.
The property has three sheds and three balconies. One is an exterior balcony of 8'X8 used for the BBQ. The two others are sheltered. One of these, 22X5, is screened and communicates directly with the BBQ balcony. The third one, 39X6 is at ground level and has a concrete base.
From the street to the lake the lot drops by approximately 10 feet. It is bordered by rows of cedars. There are half a dozen mature trees and countless flowering shrubs. The property is landscaped front and back.
The visual concept of the exterior walls has been modernized in 2014 by a firm of professional designers: UrbanEco. The walls have been enhanced by Maibec wood, pre-treated and varnished at the factory.
