Healthy, bright, unique house for nature lovers, 4 bedrooms, 130 ft. on the shore of Libby Lake (no gas engine), 3.3 wooded acres, bordered by a stream, in the mountains at St-Étienne-de-Bolton.
Passive solar, open concept with 9' ceilings, superior insulation, high-performance wood stove (BlazeKing Sirroco 30) "home sauna", heat-cool pump, very comfortable home. Hidden from the road, located at the end of a dead-end, next to a large, protected wetland (no development possible, biodiversity, very few mosquitoes, many frogs!), 5 minutes from highway 10 (exit 100), 1 hour from Montreal, 30 minutes from Sherbrooke, 15 minutes from Magog, in the heart of the Eastern Townships ski resorts.
