Very nice property, 26-27 feet x 44 feet (1979) fully renovated interior, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one owner. Two large patios. Front (12'x22') and back (16'x24'). French doors overlooking a view to the sea. Roof redone (2005) with a 45 lbs membrane. 25-year-old shingle.
