If you are looking for peace and quiet, here is a beautiful semi-detached open concept with 3 bedrooms.

Modern bathroom, renovated in 2016 and 3 new modern doors have been changed upstairs. Roof redone in 2013, invoice to support the claim . You also have access to a parking space that can accommodate up to 4 cars. As well as an independent entrance on the side of the house to go directly to the basement. Clean property, maintained with care. Backyard with a large patio, a swimming pool above ground(12 feet in diameter), with liner changed in 2014 and beautiful large backyard to enjoy during the summer.

Good illumination in the house thanks to the large windows in the front. Peaceful area, good neighbourhood and excellent sound insulation.
