Owners’ comments
Large country-style bi-generational house (inn) on the edge of a private lake. 4,000 square feet of living space on 3 floors. Located 30 minutes from Montreal, 15 minutes from Repentigny, and 15 minutes from Joliette. Open concept ground floor of 1,270 square feet.
4 large bedrooms/studios, 2 per floor with an area of 475 sq. ft. Private bathroom, lunch counter.
The laundry/mechanical room is located on the ground floor.
Peculiarities; 32-foot cathedral ceiling, one of the bedrooms on the first floor is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility with an adapted shower. Stairlift from the ground floor to the first floor. Two large balconies overlooking the lake (1st and 2nd floor)
Heating: slow combustion stove on the ground floor, heated/radiant ground floor, electric baseboard heater in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
A garage/workshop of 1,475 sq. ft. on one and a half floors with heated/radiant floor and electric baseboard. Bathroom with shower, campfire site by the lake with a large 750 sq. ft. terrace by the water. 12 x 25 pergola in the workshop.
