Magnificent property alongside the Mastigouche river, close to activities such as ATV, ski dodo, cross country swing and snow shoe.

If you're looking for the idea place to escape the city, the stress and the traffic, you will need to look no further. This log cabin will seduce you with its' charm and tranquility and open spaces. The property has been renovated over the last 10 years with high quality materials. The cabin is situated on a lot of 55,000 sq ft bordered by the mountain in back and the river in front.

In the front yard you'll find a pergola surrounded by fruit trees (plums and pears, as well as white and blue grape vines.) There is also an assortment of raspberries, blueberries and perennials. Enjoy evenings with family and friends by the outdoor fireplace.

On higher ground there is a small blueberry plantation with approximately 100 plants.  


The main entrance opens to the living room with view on the river, sit and watch the different species of birds dine at the feeders. The ideal place for relaxing whether infant of the fire or not.

Crack open the window and allow yourself to be serenaded by the sound of the rapids as you gently drift off to sleep.

Returning to the ground floor you will have access to the large balcony and the barbecue. A large garden bed for you to grow some vegetables, a wood shed and secondary storage unit.

You may access the heated garage from the back or from the main entrance. Included in the sale, several tools and storage units.
