Face au soleil toute la journée, le chalet est sur un terrain de 8 127 pieds carrés très intime. Donc, très peu d'entretien! Le lac contourne le terrain et on peut voir l'eau de toutes les fenêtres du chalet. Magnifique! Aussi, un grand garage de plus de 500 pieds carrés peut abriter vos utilités de toutes sortes. Possibilité d'installer une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le cabanon, mais l'entrée et la sortie d'eau doivent être réparées.
