Owners’ comments
Open concept chalet, welcoming, cheerful, and offering a spectacular panoramic view. Practically ski-in / ski-out, a few steps from the slopes of Val St-Côme and snowshoe trails. A studio with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor offers a possibility of income or receive guests in a comfortable setting for short or long periods.
The main level offers an open living area with a double living room including a superb three-sided fireplace and a pool table, kitchen/dining room as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The garden level includes two additional bedrooms for the "main chalet", one of which is currently used as a 2nd living room. This level is also that of the studio, with kitchenette, living/dining room, and two bedrooms. Without forgetting the large mudroom or the "skiers entrance".
In its current configuration including two bunk beds and two sofa beds, the chalet can sleep up to 15 people. Ideal to meet up with family, receive friends, and for memorable holiday parties. And in the summer, the descent of the L'Assomption River by kayak/canoe is not to be missed!
All appliances (2 fridges, 2 stoves, dishwasher, washer, dryer, mini-laundry room) are included as well as bunk beds if desired.
A large shed can accommodate two mountain bikes and roof descent to protect the wood for the fireplace. Large balcony, ideal for after-ski drinks in the Spring.
