Located in the very recent area of Quartier du Cerf, this townhouse is located on a summit. The view of the ski center is exceptional!

You will be minutes from the ski slopes. The 3 townhouses only have exclusive access to Lac du Cerf across the street. The lake is without motor, ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, paddle boating or skating in winter.

Construction is done with the goal of having the least long-term maintenance. Sheet metal roof, fiberglass balconies and aluminum railings, urethane insulated foundations, stone and fiber cement exterior. The noise insulation is beyond the required standards.

We particularly appreciate having a property that requires the least possible maintenance since the following are included in the co-ownership fees:

  • Snow removal from parking lot and steps
  • Lawn mowing
  • Electricity for exterior lights activated by Photocel
  • Building insurance (all you have to do is insure your property / furniture & civil liability)

In addition, we can also rent our property, couples and families love the activities in the area. You can make all your expenses with a property like ours.
