Magnificent ancestral stone house from 1880 surrounded by a large grassy lot set back from the road, with a large gallery (29' x 10') that overlooks the land. It is a haven of peace in a peaceful area of Lanaudière.
This house is ideal for entertaining. Warm and welcoming, it can accommodate several guests.
The village of Saint-Didace is located between Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon and Saint-Édouard. The place still has its rural charm.
Things to know:
The roof was replaced in 2003. The surface well was redone in 2009. A new septic tank was installed in 2010 and the masonry of the house was restored in 2016.
The house is mainly occupied as a second home from May to October, but it is livable in winter (we have already kept it open).
The electricity costs published here cover the period from May to October. When the house was kept open all year round, these costs were approximately $2,125; this includes heating.
