Round wooden house with very nice windows 7 minutes from the village of St-Donat, with huge beams that adorn thecathedral roof and lots of light. Very large wooded lot in a peaceful area close to two ski slopes, cycle path, supermarket, restaurants, golf, marked snowmobile trails, etc.
We have access to the most beautiful waterfront with over 100 feet of frontage for fishing and wake enthusiasts with sandy beach and parking. For snowmobile enthusiasts, the marked trail passes over Lake Ouareau in front of our beach.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, lots of storage with a kitchen and an island that can sit 5 to 6 peopleand a fully renovated bathroom as well as a very large workshop in the basement where you can realize your various projects...
And to store all your toys (four-wheeled, lawnmower, snowmobile...) We have a secluded garage with a second floor to store your items in season changes, following the garage there is a very practical wood dryer.
And to end the day, a very large balcony to have an aperitif and barbecue with all your friends.

Maison en bois rond avec très belle fenestration à 7 minutes du village de St-Donat, avec d'immenses poutres qui ornent le toit cathédrale et beaucoup de luminosité. Très grand terrain boisé dans un secteur paisible à proximité de deux pentes de ski, piste cyclable, supermarché, restaurants, golf, sentiers balisés de motoneige, etc.
Nous avons accès au plus beau bord de l'eau avec plus de 100 pieds de frontage pour les amateurs de pêche et de wake avec plage sablonneuse et stationnement .Pour les mordus de motoneiges, le sentier balisé passe sur le lac Ouareau en avant de notre plage.
Notre demeure à 3 belles chambres à coucher, beaucoup de rangement avec une cuisine et un îlot pouvant assoir 5 à 6 personnes et une salle de bain entièrement rénovée ainsi qu'un très grand atelier au sous-sol où vous pourrez réaliser vos divers projets...
Et pour ranger tous vos jouets (quatre-roues,tondeuse à gazon, motoneige...)Nous avons un garage isolé avec un deuxième étage pour ranger vos articles aux changements de saison, à la suite du garage, il y a un séchoir à bois très pratique.
Et pour finir la journée, un très grand balcon pour prendre l'apéro et faire un barbecue avec tous vos amis.
