Splendid FURNISHED CHALET site at the edge of a small lake at 1h30 from Montreal

The superb furnished chalet which can also be perfect as the main house.

For nature lovers, outdoors, forest walks, fishing, and ski-doo.

Upon entering, there is a large open area including the kitchen with solid wood cabinet, the dining room, beautiful wood beams on the ceiling and a living room with Napoleon fireplace and a view of the lake and mountains. The patio door leads to a very large terrace built (10x24) in 2017.

A bedroom and a bathroom with shower and whirlpool complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two very large bedrooms, one with balcony (2017) overlooking the lake. The second currently has a double bed and two single beds, plus a washing corner. A bathroom and lots of storage are also there.

An intimate plot of nearly 10,000pc with a wide front overlooking the lake. A nice big hexagonal gazebo to enjoy the outdoors, even when it's raining. Large free space on the ground and outdoor fireplace.

The small lake is navigable for a motor boat, pedal boat or SUP. The deck and paddle boat are included in the price. Access also to a beautiful small beach public beach, perfect with young children.

The house is set back from the road, in a cul de sac. Septic tank and tin roof repainted in 2017.

Near a multitude of outfitters and the Sept Chutes Park.
