Owners’ comments
Charming bungalow on a quiet street in Saint-Janvier (Mirabel). The house is located in a quiet residential area close to the 117, with services within walking distance, including grocery store, convenience store, banks, pharmacies, medical center and much more. Highway 15 is a five-minute drive away. For those who prefer public transport, bus 9 and the new commuter train station, all within a 10-minute walk, makes commuting to Montreal easy. The large Vermette park, bike paths, daycares and schools are also easily accessible.
The main floor includes the open-concept kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with washer and dryer. The patio door gives access to the terrace and the large garden.
The basement (7 feet high) includes a bathroom, 2 other bedrooms, a large double room (for several desks/office or living room), as well as another large unfinished room. The double asphalt parking lot is approximately 50 feet long and has a separate entrance leading directly to the basement.
In the backyard is the elevated terrace (with rigid awning attached to the house), a 16-foot shed, a decorative paving stone area and even a charming second gazebo covered with vines.
