Quiet residential area near major road arteries. Municipal taxes are affordable.
The land is large in addition to having a cedar hedge all around the land which allows for great privacy. There is no neighbor behind or on the left side of the house.
Each unit has its entrance with two asphalt parking lots with a stone border on each side.
The upper unit has access to the backyard while the lower unit has access to the courtyard to the side of the house.
The shed serves as storage for the upper housing while the lower housing has its own storage.
