Splendid single-family home/Chalet, open concept style located in the heart of Mont Tremblant (!) Just a few minutes (4 km) from the most beautiful and sought-after ski resort in Quebec. Modern construction (2014) very spacious and bright, in immaculate condition, located on a large lot of almost 60,000 ft2.
Only 5 min from downtown Mont-Tremblant (St-Jovite), 5 min from the tourist resort of Mt. Tremblant and close to several points of interest: Spa Scandinave (2 min), Rabaska and several golf courses '' Le Diable '', Golf '' La bête '' 'Golf' 'The Master of Mt Tremblant'' and the bike path ''Le Petit Train du Nord'' which passed right next to it (50 meters), as well as pedestrian grounds and snowmobile and ATV trails. Several lakes nearby: Lac Mercier (with public access), Lac Ouimet, and the Grand Lac du Mt. Tremblant (with public beach). A little corner, everyone's dream!
Construction 2014, decorated to the taste of the day, with lots of windows located in a quiet cul de sac (7 properties), with no rear neighbors. Large wooded lot with multiple possibilities .... woods, hiking trail, snowshoes, and mountain biking. Very well maintained and never rented. Possibility of income... if desired. Description of the house:
Recent and very pretty neighborhood. Charming neighborhood and with peace of mind, several points of interest in turn. Large asphalt drive and double garage. Orientation of the courtyard provides maximum sunshine from sunrise in the morning until late at night. Septic tank and purification field according to the standards in force.
Surveillance camera system (2020) at the 4 corners of the house with remote control, exterior, and interior lighting system + heating system all with remote control (internet)
Inside everything is well ventilated and stylishly furnished (see photos). Living area 2,500 square feet (on two levels). On the ground floor, everything is in engineered wood (very resistant) and ceramic: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and shower. Dining room and living room with open concept and large windows. In the basement: 1 finished bedroom, 1 bathroom (to be finished ... sink and toilet already installed) and possibility of 2 other bedrooms (to share to your taste) + living room and the outdoor terrace.
