Magnificent chalet on the edge of the great Nominingue lake with exceptional views . Access to the lake by an asphalt entrance (with metal barrier) to the water's edge, boat descent. Several blue (Colorado) cedar hedges, decorative fence delineating the land, ample parking space (20 x 40) and an easy-care lawn make this environment a pleasure to share. Another access to the lake by a concrete staircase leads us to the beach that extends up to 200 feet offshore. Lake Nominingue is a lake of water sports such as fishing, swimming, water skiing and other outdoor activities.
The materials used during the construction of the chalet are ofexcellent quality : exterior cladding of brick and aluminum, sheet metal roof guaranteed 45 years, cast concrete foundation, cathedral ceiling with exposed beams inside. The interior is all made of pine and cedar wood carefully applied, a brick fireplace complements this stunning interior.

Magnifique chalet au bord du grand lac Nominingue avec une vue exceptionnelle. Accès au lac par une entrée asphaltée (avec barrière métallique) jusqu'au bord de l'eau, descente de bateau. Plusieurs épinettes bleues (du Colorado) haies de cèdres, clôture décorative délimitant le terrain, un espace de stationnement amplement suffisant (20 x 40) ainsi qu'une pelouse facile d'entretien font de cet environnement un plaisir à partager. Un autre accès au lac par un escalier en béton nous amène à la plage qui s'étend jusqu'à 200 pieds vers le large. Le lac Nominingue est un lac de sports nautiques tels que la pêche, la baignade, ski nautique et autres activités de plein air.
Les matériaux utilisés lors de la construction du chalet sont d'excellente qualité : Revêtement extérieur de brique et aluminium, toit de tôle garantie 45 ans, fondation en béton coulé, plafond cathédrale avec poutres apparentes à l'intérieur.
