The chalet is located in a beautiful location; on a tip of Lake Lesage facing south. This lake, one of the largest in the region, is largely part of the Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve. The property is at the end of a year-round cul-de-sac road. The land is wooded and enjoys good privacy . The private entrance leading to the chalet over 200 feet guarantees this privacy. La propriété est au bout d'un chemin en cul-de-sac ouvert à l'année. Le terrain est boisé et jouit d'une bonne intimité. L'entrée privée menant au chalet sur près de 200 pieds garanti cette intimité. Le quai de près de 40 pieds, se terminant en une large plateforme, s'avance sur une plage qui fait toute la largeur du terrain plus de 280 pieds.
Le lac Lesage est protégé par une association proactive de ses riverains. Elle veille entre autres à l'ensemencement annuel de dorés, à réglementer la circulation des bateaux, à la réunion des membres soit pour l'assemblée générale annuelle, pour un repas convivial annuel sur les rives du lac...etc.
