Single-family house, one owner, renovated over the years, located on a dead-end street, quiet and train station within walking distance.
Major renovations in 2009, roof, kitchen with granite countertops, living room, bamboo floor on the ground floor, master bathroom and land landscaped by professionals. Honorary certificate and 3rd prize in 2013 in the Flower facade category.
