Owners’ comments
Zoné Fermette, spacious and majestic residence of high-end on the top of hill, with spa provided with an electric retractable awning, inground swimming pool 16 ' x 32 ', with outdoor shower, on a magnificent private wooded and semi-deforested with landscaped layout, as well as a stable (32 ' x 32 ') with running water and water heater, three (3) stalls with possibility of three (3) horses, heated cellar, mezzanine for the storage of hay, outdoor shelters and fenced enclosure and path for horses at the exit of the land. The view (on the 2nd floor) of the sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. The place is peaceful and quiet. The residence is equipped with a fireplace with natural wood.
My favorite is the veranda with mosquito net and the double French doors which allow an extension of the living room and the kitchen to the outside without the inconvenience of mosquitoes while offering a magnificent and peaceful view of the forest and its nature.
House to see absolutely to understand the description because impossible to find the words to describe the beauty, the tranquility and the view of the land. Today it is impossible to find all this, place, quality, beauty and above all the size of the land for this price
