Superb income house, 2015 built, in a peaceful and family area close to services.
A magnificent wooded mountain on a lot of 3 acres located only fifteen minutes from Highway 15 on the southern limit of the municipality of St-Hippolyte. Very large parking lot (8-10 cars) and superb 12x20 shed offering lots of storage. 3 ½ apartment very bright and double parking for a possible income of at least $ 700.
Open kitchen, living and dining room. A large bathroom with a shower and bath, as well as two bedrooms, complete the first floor. Large storage space and the possibility to add a bedroom and a bathroom in the basement.
